INGREDIENTS
 
Fresh Gourmet® Tri-Color Tortilla Strips
1 lb beef round, cut in small cubes
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp jalapeno chiles, canned (sliced)
1 tbsp oil
2 cups canned diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups kidney beans, drained
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream



  DIRECTIONS
 
Brown meat, onion and jalapenos in oil.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chili powder and salt. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Ladle chili into individual bowls. Garnish with 2 tbsp of sour cream and Fresh Gourmet® Tri-Color Tortilla Strips.
