INGREDIENTS
 
1 pkg of Fresh Gourmet® Garlic Ginger Wonton Strips
1/3 cup Fresh Gourmet® Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 bag Fresh Express spring mix salad greens
1 red bell pepper, julienne sliced
1/2 cup Mandarin oranges, drained
2 chicken breasts
1 head of roasted garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 to 1/3 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
1 tsp salt



  DIRECTIONS
 
Slice chicken breast thinly, lengthwise.

Heat large skillet or wok and add sesame oil. Add chicken, roasted garlic and salt.

Stir fry for 6-8 mins depending on thickness. Drain and set aside to chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Mix all vegetables together along with mandarin oranges in large salad bowl.

Toss in chilled chicken, Fresh Gourmet® Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds and cilantro. Add 1/4 - 1/3 cup of Marie`s Sesame Ginger salad dressing.

Top with Fresh Gourmet® Garlic Ginger Wonton Strips and serve.
