INGREDIENTS
 
27 oz can collard greens
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 cup instant rice
1 lb bacon (fried crisp)



  DIRECTIONS
 
Cook over medium heat until most of the juices have evaporated (about 15 to 20 mins).
Add rice and cover
Let stand 5 mins.
Spray a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour mixture from saucepan into baking dish.
Crumble bacon over mixture.
Spread cheese over bacon and top with Fresh Gourmet® Lightly Salted Crispy Onions.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 mins.
