INGREDIENTS
 

2 pounds small Red Potatoes, halved
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Rosemary, fresh, chopped
2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp Sea Salt, freshly ground
1/2 cup Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions




  DIRECTIONS
 

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Place potato halves in large mixing bowl and toss with oil, rosemary and pepper; remove to foil lined sheet pan; spread out evenly; skin side down.

Bake in oven on middle rack for 30 minutes; remove from oven; sprinkle with salt and toss with oil on tray.

Place in serving dish and sprinkle over top with Crispy Onions.
