INGREDIENTS
 


1 cup Fresh Gourmet Asiago Cheese Crisps
1 Gala Apple, cored and cut into thin slices
1/2 cup walnut halves
4 cups baby spinach, washed and dried
2 Tablespoons of your favorite balsamic Salad Dressing.




  DIRECTIONS
 


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread walnut halves on a baking sheet and bake in oven for five minutes, or until toasty and golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Roughly chop walnuts. Combine apple slices, walnuts, and spinach in a medium bowl and drizzle with salad dressing. Toss to coat and top with cheese crisps just before serving.
