INGREDIENTS
 


1 medium Gala apple, cored
1 (5-ounce) package fresh arugula
1/3 cup finely chopped Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Pecans
1/3 cup Litehouse Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 1/2 cups Fresh Gourmet Asiago Cheese Crisps (about 2 1/2 ounces) Lemon Juice from a quarter of a lemon (to prevent Apples from browning)




  DIRECTIONS
 


Cut apples into very thin wedges. Spritz some lemon juice on the cut apples to prevent browning. In a large bowl, gently toss arugula, pecans, and vinaigrette until lightly coated.
Divide greens into small tasting cups, should be about 1/2 - 2/3 full. Tuck 2 apple slices into each serving cup then top with 3 Asiago Cheese Crisps. Serve.
