ASIAN MANGO CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS
 
2 tbsp Fresh GourmetŪ Garlic Ginger Wonton Strips
2 tbsp Fresh GourmetŪ Toasted Sliced Almonds
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 head iceberg lettuce - washed and chopped
4 chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup diced ripe mangos



  DIRECTIONS
 
Prepare the dressing 30 mins ahead of time by combining the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salad oil and rice vinegar in a salad dressing carafe.

In a large bowl combine the iceberg lettuce, cooked and shredded chicken, green onions, diced mango and Fresh GourmetŪ Toasted Sliced Almonds. Let chill about 10 mins, and just before serving add the Fresh GourmetŪ Wonton Strips.

Serve in salad bowls and offer the dressing in a pourable containers so your family can add as much dressing as they want. You can also pour the dressing over the top of the salad, toss and serve immediately.
