INGREDIENTS
 
1/2 cup Fresh GourmetŪ Santa Fe Style Tortilla Strips
4 cups cooked rice
2 green peppers, chopped
2 stalks celery
16 oz can cooked red kidney beans
4 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper



  DIRECTIONS
 
In a mixing bowl, stir together rice, pepper, celery, beans and parsley. Set aside.

Combine salad oil, vinegar, water, paprika, horseradish, onion salt and red pepper.

Toss together to coat. Sprinkle Fresh GourmetŪ Santa Fe Style Tortilla Strips on top of salad and serve.
