EASY ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS
 
1/3 cup Fresh GourmetŪ Toasted Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Fresh GourmetŪ Garlic Ginger Wonton Strips
4 deli chicken breasts, pre-baked (or use the breasts of a pre-made rotisserie chicken)
1 romaine heart
1 1/2 cup coleslaw mix (or finely shredded cabbage)
Dressing:
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 cup Spanish onion, diced
1 cup canola oil



  DIRECTIONS
 
Chop chicken into bite size pieces, put aside.

To make dressing, combine everything but the oil in a blender or food processor and process until liquefied.

Continue to blend and slowly drizzle in the oil until blended.

Place coleslaw mix in a large bowl and add the dressing. Mix. Add lettuce, Fresh GourmetŪ Toasted Sliced Almonds and Fresh GourmetŪ Garlic Ginger Wonton Strips and cut up chicken and lightly toss.
