LITE PARMESAN RANCH SALAD

INGREDIENTS
 
2 cups Fresh GourmetŪ Fat Free Parmesan Ranch Premium Croutons, or your favorite flavor
1/2 head green leaf lettuce
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
1 can carrots, honey-glazed or fancy cut
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1/2 cup of your favorite light dressing



  DIRECTIONS
 
Wash and dry lettuce. Tear or cut lettuces into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.

Add drained carrots, garbanzo beans, olives and tomatoes.

Toss with dressing and top with Fresh GourmetŪ Fat Free Parmesan Ranch Premium Croutons.

Garnish with marinated peppers if desired.
