SOUTHWEST COBB SALAD WITH SALSA RANCH

INGREDIENTS
 
1 cup Fresh GourmetŪ Country Ranch Premium Croutons, or your favorite flavor
1 head red leaf, romaine or green leaf lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped ripe avacado
1/2 cup canned sweet corn
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
6 slices bacon, browned and crumbled
1-2 sliced grilled chicken breasts (may substitute grilled steak)
2 chopped boiled eggs
1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno slices (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
1 cup ranch dressing of choice
1/4 - 1/2 cup salsa of choice



  DIRECTIONS
 
Rinse and chop greens to desired size. Layer on serving platter, spreading out.

Layer ingredients side by side, like a traditional cobb salad.

Top with Fresh GourmetŪ Country Ranch Premium Croutons.

Mix ranch dressing with salsa gradually, until coming to desired spiciness and consistency.

Serve salad to individual platters, top with dressing.
