Fresh GourmetŪ Crispy Onions (Lightly Salted or Garlic Pepper)
1 lb flank steak
8 oz mixed greens
12 cherry tomatoes, quartered
4 oz feta cheese
1-2/3 cups vinaigrette dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the steak with 1tbsp of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5 mins on each side for medium-rare

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce,1/2 tsp of salt, the garlic, the mustard and remaining 3 tbsp of olive oil. Add the steak and marinate for 15 mins.

When the steak is done marinating, place it on a cutting board and pour the marinade into a small saucepan set over high heat to simmer, about 1 min. Slice the steak into 1/4-inch-thick strips.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. Toss the salad with enough dressing to coat.

Divide the greens among four dinner plates. Arrange with steak strips on the salad. Drizzle with remaining dressing and Fresh GourmetŪ Crispy Onions.
