INGREDIENTS
 
1 pkg of Fresh GourmetŪ Lightly Salted Tortilla Strips
3 cups steamed rice
1 16-oz tub of sour cream
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 7-oz can Ortega diced green chiles (drained)
salt to taste



  DIRECTIONS
 
Separate 3/4 cups of the grated cheese and mix remainder cheese, rice, sour cream and drained chiles in a bowl.

Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture in to dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins and then sprinkle Fresh GourmetŪ Lightly Salted Tortilla Strips on top.
