INGREDIENTS
 
4 pkgs Fresh GourmetŪ Cornbread Sweet Butter Premium Croutons, or your favorite flavor
1/2 stick of butter (or margarine)
1 8-oz can chicken broth
2 eggs
Optional Ingredients:
Seasoning to taste
mushrooms, chopped
celery, diced
sausage, crumbled
giblets



  DIRECTIONS
 
Open pkgss of Fresh GourmetŪ Cornbread Sweet Butter Premium Croutons and put them in large bowl. Add about 8 oz chicken broth to moisten and let sit for a while until liquid is absorbed (add more liquid or broth as needed).

Melt butter in skillet and saute any of the optional items.

Slightly beat 2 eggs and add to bowl along with melted butter (and any optional items).

Mix well.

Spray baking dish then pour stuffing into it.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
