ALL NATURAL GARDEN HERB STUFFING

INGREDIENTS
 
2 pkgs Fresh GourmetŪ Garden Herb Premium Croutons, or your favorite flavor (crumbled pea size)
1 1/2 cup water or stock*
6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter or margarine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped



  DIRECTIONS
 
Saute onion and celery in butter or margarine. Add water or stock, stirring gently.

Add croutons and toss lightly to blend. Stuff into poultry before roasting (do not over-stuff).

*for moister stuffing, add more water or stock

YIELD:

Two 5oz pkgs of Fresh GourmetŪ Garden Herb Croutons, or your favorite flavor, makes 8 servings enough to stuff a 6-8 lb turkey

To Stuff a 12-16 lb turkey, use four 5 oz bags of croutons and double recipe.

FOR OVEN PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow as above, but instead of stuffing the turkey, place stuffing in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 15 mins. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 mins to brown. Fluff with fork and serve.
