COLLARD GREENS CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
 
27 oz can collard greens
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 cup instant rice
1 lb bacon (fried crisp)



  DIRECTIONS
 
Cook over medium heat until most of the juices have evaporated (about 15 to 20 mins).
Add rice and cover
Let stand 5 mins.
Spray a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour mixture from saucepan into baking dish.
Crumble bacon over mixture.
Spread cheese over bacon and top with Fresh GourmetŪ Lightly Salted Crispy Onions.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 mins.
