INGREDIENTS
 
1 pkg of Fresh GourmetŪ Santa Fe Style Tortilla Strips
2 cans (14.5 oz ea) of vegetable broth
1 can (28 oz) tomatoes cubed (do not drain)
1 can (15.5 oz) kidney beans
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 potato, peeled and chopped
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup of pasta shells, uncooked
2 cups of fresh spinach, cleaned with stems removed



  DIRECTIONS
 
In a large pot, combine all the ingredients (except for the raw pasta and the spinach). Cover and let simmer for 45 mins on low heat.

Uncover and add raw pasta and the spinach. Cook for another 10 mins. or until pasta is fully cooked.

Add the Fresh GourmetŪ Santa Fe Style Strips when served.
