Fresh Gourmet® Authentic Wonton Strips
1 lb ground pork or ground beef
1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/3 cup dry sherry
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
8 Boston or bibb lettuce leaves, washed and dried

Dipping sauce:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce


Combine meat, five-spice powder and salt until well blended in a bowl.

Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add oil and saute meat, stirring occasionally until meat is browned.

Combine sherry, sugar and chili garlic sauce until well blended. Add sherry mixture and red bell pepper to meat and simmer about 5 to 8 mins, stirring to coat meat.

To assemble wraps, place 3 to 4 generous tbsp of meat mixture in each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle Fresh Gourmet® Authentic Wonton Strips over meat. Serve with dipping sauce on side.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
