SPINACH SALAD WITH GOLDEN RAISINS AND GLAZED PECANS

INGREDIENTS
 
1 cup Fresh GourmetŪ Golden Raisins and Glazed Pecans mix
4 cups spinach
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup sliced apricots
Dressing:
3/4 cup plain yogurt
2/3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp sugar
1tsp dried ginger



  DIRECTIONS
 
Toss together spinach, onion, feta cheese, sliced apricots and Fresh GourmetŪ Golden Raisins and Glazed Pecans mix.

Divide onto individual plates. Serve with dressing.

Dressing:

In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, orange juice, sugar and ginger.
