INGREDIENTS
 
Fresh GourmetŪ Lightly Salted Crispy Onions
2 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
4 small tomatoes, cut into eighths
2 cups mixed salad greens
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin



  DIRECTIONS
 
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Grill chicken using grill pan or barbeque until juices run clear. Cool chicken. When cool, cut into 1-inch pieces.

In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces, black beans, corn, carrots, tomatoes, salad greens and Fresh GourmetŪ Lightly Salted Crispy Onions.

Divide equally onto individual plates. Serve with dressing.

Dressing:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit for at least 10 mins to blend flavors.
