INGREDIENTS
 
1 cup Fresh GourmetŪ Italian Seasoned Premium Croutons
8oz salami slices, cut into thin strips
8oz procuitto, cut into thin strips
1/2 red onion, cut into thin strips
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
12 large cherry tomatoes, cut into eighths
1 cup black olives, sliced
4 cups mixed salad greens
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 tsp dried oregano



  DIRECTIONS
 
Place salami, procuitto, red onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, tomatoes, black olives, salad greens and Fresh GourmetŪ Italian Seasoned Premium Croutons in a large bowl. Toss until blended.

Divide equally onto individual plates. Serve with dressing.

Dressing:

Beat all ingredients with a whisk until well blended.
