INGREDIENTS
 

1 pound Green Beans, fresh, blanched
2 cups Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced thin
1/4 cup Butter, unsalted
2 each Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Tbsp flour, all-purpose
1 cup Chicken broth
1 cup half & half, cream
2 tsp Sea Salt, freshly ground
1 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
3/4 cup Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions




  DIRECTIONS
 

In large pot blanch cleaned green beans in 3 quarts of boiling water for 8 minutes; drain and cool.

In large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat; add mushrooms, sauté 2 minutes; add garlic, sauté 1 minute; add flour, stir until blended; slowly stirring, add chicken stock; add half & half continue cooking while stirring.

Add green beans, salt and pepper; toss together and continue cooking until cream sauce thickens; remove to casserole dish.

Top evenly with Crispy Onions; place in preheated 350°F oven for ten minutes; remove from oven and serve.
