INGREDIENTS
 


1 bag Fresh Express Spring Mix
1 USA Anjou Pear, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1/3 cup Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup Litehouse Simply Artisan Reserve Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
1/4 cup Litehouse Balsamic Vinaigrette




  DIRECTIONS
  Combine spring mix, pomegranate seeds and almonds in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Add in the pear and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles just before serving. Serves 2 as a main course, 4 as side dish.
