Chopped Chef's Salad
2 heads Iceberg Lettuce, 12 outer leaves reserved, remaining leaves cored and quartered
1 Red Onion, peeled and quartered 1/4 lb. Roast Turkey Breast, cut into julienne strips 1/4 lb. Roast Beef, cut into julienne strips 1/4 lb. Ham, cut into julienne strips 1/4 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, sliced* 1/4 lb. Swiss Cheese, sliced* 1/4 cup Italian Parsley, finely chopped 4 Roma Tomato, cored and sliced into wedges
1—5 oz. bag Fresh Gourmet® Country Ranch Croutons
1/2 cup of your favorite ranch dressing
Place all ingredients except tomatoes, croutons and reserved lettuce in a large bowl. Toss with dressing. Arrange the reserved lettuce leaves to form bowl shapes on individual serving plates. Mound the salad in the center.
Garnish with tomato wedges and top with croutons.
*Variation: for a Lower Fat option, choose low fat cheese and Fresh Gourmet® Fat Free Parmesan Ranch Croutons.
