All Natural Garden Herb Stuffing

Two—5 oz. bags Fresh Gourmet® Garden Herb Croutons (crumbled pea size)
1 1/2 cup Water or Stock*
6 Tbsp (3/4 stick) Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Onion, Chopped
1/2 cup Celery, Chopped

Sauté onion and celery in butter or margarine. Add water or stock, stirring gently. Add croutons and toss lightly to blend. Stuff into poultry before roasting (do not over-stuff).

*For moister stuffing, add more water or stock.

YIELD:
Two 5 oz. bags of Fresh Gourmet Garden Herb Croutons make 8 servings, enough to stuff a 6-8 lb. turkey.

To stuff a 12-16 lb. turkey, use four 5 oz. bags of Fresh Gourmet Garden Herb Croutons and double the recipe.

FOR OVEN PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°. Follow as above, but instead of stuffing the turkey, place stuffing in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes to brown. Fluff with fork and serve.
