Dill Asparagus with Crispy Onions

Fresh Beginnings start with Fresh Gourmet

2 Tbl. olive oil
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped dill
1/2 cup Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Onions*

In a fry pan, heat olive oil. Add asparagus, cooking until tender, turning often. Sprinkle with seasoned pepper and salt.

In a small bowl, combine tomato and dill. Serve over cooked asparagus. Sprinkle with Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions just before serving.


Serves 4.

*For a single serving use 2 Tbl. Crispy Onions
