Herb Seasoned Stuffing with Sausage4 ounces turkey sausage, casings removed1/2 stick butter 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced celery 1 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 Fresh Gourmet Herb Seasoned Stuffing In a heavy skillet, cook sausage on medium heat. Break into crumbles and cook until done, about 8 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Add butter to skillet and melt. Add onions and celery. Sauté on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add broth. Stir. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, sausage and liquid mixture. Stir to combine. Cover for 5 minutes and serve. Or bake in a greased 8 X 8 casserole dish covered with foil at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. Print Recipe >> |
