Parmesan Crisp Salad

2 heads Romaine Lettuce, washed, dried and chilled
3 Garlic Cloves, roasted
1 oz. Pimentos, drained
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Parmesan Cheese, block

1—5 oz. bag Fresh Gourmet® Organic Seasoned Croutons

For salad dressing:
In food processor or blender, puree roasted garlic, pimentos and vinegar. Slowly add oil, blending well until thickened. Add grated Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill.

For Parmesan crisps:
Slice Parmesan into thin 2 – inch slices and place on nonstick sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 5 – 8 minutes or until crisps are melted and golden brown. Cool.

Arrange romaine on chilled salad plate. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with Parmesan crisps and Fresh Gourmet® Organic Seasoned Croutons
