Scalloped Potatoes with Crispy Onions

For the Crunch you Crave!

6 Idaho® Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 pkg Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Onions
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
3 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 10” oval baking dish. Layer 1/3 of sliced potatoes and sprinkle with 1/4 of the Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Onions, 1/3 of the cheese, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Dot each layer with a tablespoon of butter. Continue layering, making 3 layers.

In a saucepan heat heavy cream and milk. Pour liquid over the potatoes. Cover dish and bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and sprinkle with the remaining Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Onions. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
