
Ingredients:
• 4 cups romaine lettuce
• 1 avocado from Mexico, cubed
• ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
• ½ cup Fresh Gourmet® Focaccia Caesar Crumbles
Dressing:
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 garlic clove, pressed
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Whisk mustard, olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and pepper for 1 minute until ingredients are well mixed.
Preparation:
• Tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
• Toss with cubed avocado, Fresh Gourmet® Focaccia Crumbles and parmesan cheese.
• Mix well and dress lightly.
