
Ingredients:
• 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 avocado from Mexico, cubed
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons capers, drained
• 1 handful fresh basil leaves
• ½ cup Fresh Gourmet Focaccia Garlic Toast Crumbles
Dressing:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Whisk vinegar, olive oil and salt for 1 minute until ingredients are well mixed.
Preparation:
• Gently toss together tomatoes, red onion, avocado cubes, capers, and Fresh Gourmet® Focaccia Garlic Toast Crumbles.
• Spread mixture on a long, flat serving dish and drizzle dressing throughout.
• Finish with basil leaves on top.
