• 5 cups chopped romaine hearts lettuce
• ½ head green radicchio, cored and sliced into fine ribbons
• 5 radishes thinly sliced
• 2 avocado, cut into large wedge
• About 10 leaves fresh basil
• Bunch fresh chives roughly chopped
• Feta cheese
• 1 package Cranberry Powder Crunch
• Place romaine lettuce, radicchio, radishes, basil leaves and chives in a large bowl and toss to combine.
• Add avocado wedges and sprinkle some feta cheese and Cranberry Powder Crunch on top.
• Enjoy with a basil vinaigrette.
