2 cups green leaf lettuce, chopped
2 cups baby arugula
1 large red or yellow tomato, sliced
1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh dill, roughly chopped
½ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup Fresh Gourmet Sliced Almonds
⅛ cup italian or citrus dressing
1 avocado, sliced
¾ cup Fresh Gourmet Crispy Beets
In a large bowl, gently combine the green leaf lettuce, arugula, tomato slices, watermelon radish, dill, goat cheese and Fresh Gourmet Sliced Almonds.
Toss the salad with dressing, starting with a few tablespoons at a time and top with avocado slices and Fresh Gourmet Crispy Beets. Enjoy!
