Crispy Garlic Baked Potatoes


• 2 lbs Idaho® Potatoes

• 6 Tbsp of Olive Oil

• 4 Tbsp Kosher Salt

Make it loaded:

• Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Garlic

• Chopped Bacon

• Sliced Scallions

• Grated Cheddar Cheese


• Pre-heat oven to 425 F.

• Scrub, wash and dry potatoes.

• Rub olive oil completely over the potatoes.

• Pour salt into a plate and roll olive oil coated potatoes in salt.

• Place in oven-safe dish or baking tray and bake for about 1 hour.

Make it loaded:

• Add Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Garlic, Chopped Bacon, Sliced Scallions, Grated

Cheddar Cheese
