Almond Pepita Brussels Salad


• 6 cups Shredded Brussels

• 1 cup halved red grapes

• Shaved parmesan

• ½ cup Chopped parsley

• 1 package Fresh Gourmet Almond Pepita Crunch


• Place in a large bowl shredded brussels, chopped parsley and grapes.

• Toss to combine.

• Add shaved parmesan and almond pepita crunch.

• Enjoy with a delicious lemon dijon dressing.
