Cherry Walnut Crunch Salad


• 3 cups baby spinach

• 3 cups baby arugula

• 1 cup cooked farro

• 2 cups roasted chicken cubed

• About ¼ cup gorgonzola cheese

• 1 package Fresh Gourmet Cherry Walnut Crunch


• Cook farro according to the package directions.

• Place spinach, arugula, farro in a large bowl and toss to combine.

• Add roasted chicken and sprinkle some gorgonzola cheese and Cherry walnut Crunch on top.

• Enjoy using your favorite balsamic vinaigrette.
