Tortilla Soup with Savory Southwest Crunch

Yield: 4 servings | Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced

  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1, 10.7 oz. can condensed tomato soup

  • 1, 15 oz. can black beans

  • ½ cup frozen sweet corn

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • Avocado, Cilantro and Fresh Gourmet® Savory Southwest Topper, for garnish


Heat oil in a small pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add broth, tomato soup, beans, corn, cumin, chili powder and lime juice. Top with shredded chicken, avocado cilantro and tortilla chips Fresh Gourmet® Southwest Topper and enjoy!
